Common questions
How much are music lessons in Amarillo?
A private hour is $50 and a half hour is $30, with books and materials included and no signup fee. A place in a group class, when one is running, is $35 a student for 75 minutes, and the group classes page says what is open now.
What instruments do you teach?
Guitar, bass, piano, drums, voice, saxophone, clarinet, ukulele, and recording and production. If what you want is not on that list, ask anyway and we will find a fit or point you to someone good.
Do you teach adults, or only children?
Both. The signup form asks whether the lessons are for you or for your child, and the lesson plan is written for the person in the room either way.
Where in Amarillo are you?
818 SW 7th Avenue, Amarillo, TX 79101, inside Spacecamp Studios in downtown Amarillo, with free street parking. It is a private studio, so book first rather than turning up.
When can we have a lesson?
Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 7:00pm, by appointment, at the same time every week.
What happens if we miss a lesson?
A lesson you miss is made up the same month rather than lost. There is no signup fee and billing runs twelve months a year, not every four weeks.
